This Privacy Policy explains how TECHHOUSE INDUSTRIES LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use Tasta — our platform, website and mobile application (the “Service”).本私隱政策說明 TECHHOUSE INDUSTRIES LIMITED（「我們」）在您使用 Tasta — 我們的平台、網站及手機應用程式（「本服務」）時，如何收集、使用及保護個人資料。

We are a company registered in Hong Kong, with our registered address at 1/F, RM B16 Gee Luen Factory Building, 316-318 Kwun Tong Road, Ngau Tau Kok, Hong Kong. For the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (the “Ordinance”), we are the data user.我們為於香港註冊的公司，註冊地址為 香港牛頭角觀塘道 316-318 號傑聯工廠大廈 B16 室 1 樓。就《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）（「條例」）而言，我們為資料使用者。

1. About this policy1. 關於本政策

This policy covers the Service. It does not cover other websites or services we link to. By using the Service you agree to how we handle your personal data as described here.本政策涵蓋本服務，並不涵蓋我們連結到的其他網站或服務。您使用本服務，即表示同意我們按本政策所述方式處理您的個人資料。

2. What we collect2. 我們收集的資料

You give us your account details (email address, a hashed password, and whether you are a restaurant or a Foodie); your profile details (name, phone number, profile picture); restaurant details (restaurant name, branch names and addresses, business contact details and social links); Foodie details (the platform you verify, your username, follower count and the screenshot you submit); your content (reviews, uploaded media, recorded post links, and any comment a restaurant leaves when it rejects a review); and transaction details (token balances, ledger entries and payout requests).您向我們提供：帳戶資料（電郵地址、經雜湊處理的密碼，以及您屬餐廳或 Foodie）；個人檔案資料（姓名、電話號碼、個人檔案圖片）；餐廳資料（餐廳名稱、分店名稱及地址、商業聯絡資料及社交平台連結）；Foodie 資料（您驗證的平台、用戶名稱、追蹤者數目及您提交的截圖）；您的內容（評論、已上載的媒體、已記錄的貼文連結，以及餐廳退回評論時留下的評語）；以及交易資料（代幣結餘、帳目記錄及提款請求）。

We collect some data automatically: device and usage data (your IP address, device type, operating system, app version, and when you take actions in the Service); approximate location, inferred from your IP address — we do not collect precise location and the app does not ask for GPS; and session data, the tokens that keep you logged in.我們亦自動收集部分資料：裝置及使用情況資料（您的 IP 位址、裝置類型、作業系統、應用程式版本，以及您在本服務中操作的時間）；由您的 IP 位址推斷的大概位置 — 我們不收集精確位置，應用程式亦不會要求 GPS 權限；以及工作階段資料，即維持您登入狀態的憑證。

We do not collect payment card numbers. When card payment is introduced it is handled by a payment provider, and we receive a reference rather than the card details.我們不收集付款卡號碼。在引入信用卡付款時，交易由支付服務供應商處理，我們僅收到參考編號，而非卡號。

4. Who we share it with4. 我們向誰披露資料

• The other side of a tasting. A restaurant sees an applicant's handle, follower count and attendance record. A Foodie sees the restaurant's name, branch address and contact details.試食的另一方。餐廳可看到申請者的帳號、追蹤者數目及出席記錄。Foodie 可看到餐廳名稱、分店地址及聯絡方式。
• Service providers who host our infrastructure, store media, deliver email, and provide address lookup. They handle data only on our instructions.為我們提供主機、媒體儲存、電郵傳送及地址查詢的服務供應商。他們僅按我們的指示處理資料。
• A payment provider, once billing is enabled.支付服務供應商，於帳單功能啟用後。

Some of our service providers may process data outside Hong Kong. Where that happens, we take the steps the Ordinance requires to make sure your data receives a comparable standard of protection.部分服務供應商可能在香港以外處理資料。在此情況下，我們會採取條例所要求的步驟，確保您的資料獲得相若水平的保障。

6. Keeping your data6. 資料的保存

We keep your account and profile data while your account is open. When you close your account we delete your profile and content, and pay out any uncashed token balance. We keep transaction, ledger and accounting records for seven years, as Hong Kong law requires. Media you upload is deleted 14 days after it is no longer needed.我們在您的帳戶開立期間保存您的帳戶及個人檔案資料。當您關閉帳戶，我們會刪除您的個人檔案及內容，並發還任何未兌現的代幣結餘。我們按香港法律要求，保留交易、帳目及會計記錄 七年。您上載的媒體於不再需要後 14 天刪除。

7. Security7. 保安

Passwords are hashed. Access to our production systems is restricted. Media is held in private storage and served through short-lived signed links, and administrative access needs separate credentials. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security — but if a breach is likely to cause harm, we will tell affected users and the relevant authority as required.密碼以雜湊方式儲存。我們對生產系統的取用設有限制。媒體存放於私人儲存空間，並透過短時效簽署連結提供，而行政存取須使用獨立憑證。沒有任何系統絕對安全，我們無法保證絕對安全 — 但如發生可能導致損害的資料外洩，我們會按規定通知受影響用戶及有關機關。
